Q: Will I need to create a new log-in ID?
A: If you are currently using your account number as your user ID, yes, you will be required to select a new login ID. (This is NOT a new password). Please record it in a safe place or remember what you select as you’ll need to use the login ID and password that you select each time you login going forward. After you create your new login you will be prompted to enter the NEW login you created along with your password. Your password will be the same as it was in the old Online Banking system. If you’re having trouble remembering your password, please contact us so we can reset it for you.

Q: Is there a new website link for Online Banking?
A: YES! There is a new URL/website address to access our new online banking. The old address will remain active for a short time but will then be deactivated and you will be required to use the new link in order to access Online Banking. You will want to re-save/bookmark the new link in order to take full advantage of the enhanced look and feel of the new site.

Q: Are there new requirements for accessing Online/Mobile Banking?
A: Yes, with our new system members will be required to enroll/ be enrolled in E-statements an E-notices in order to access their accounts either via Online or Mobile Banking.

When you log-in, there will be a pop-up that looks like the picture below. You will see two buttons asking you to agree or disagree. In order to proceed to the log-in screen you must click “I Agree”. You must select “I Agree” for both E-Statements and E-Notices. If you elect to disagree and not enroll in E-Statements and E-Notices, a notice will appear advising that you can not proceed to log-in.

Q: Can a joint owner create their own log-in?
A: A joint owner can now create their own unique log-in to access their account separate from the primary owners. During the set-up process the joint owner will be required to use their joint owner number rather than the member/account number. This number will not remain as the login ID but it will be required information when prompted to enter the account number they are wanting to access. If you need assistance in obtaining your 6-digit joint account number, please contact a member of our team.

Q: If I have multiple accounts linked to my primary account, can I view E-Statements for each account?
A: Yes, if you have opted in to receiving E-Statements on your primary account, you can be set-up to view E-Statements for accounts that you have linked to your primary account. Please contact a member of our team for us to set-up your access to the other accounts E-Statements.

Q: Will the new Online Banking and Mobile Banking look and function in similar ways?
A: Yes! This is one of the many new enhancements to the new systems. Members will be able to access many of the same features in Mobile Banking as Online Banking such as view statements, view cleared checks, daily activity history, and a clear separation of linked accounts.
