Interest rate discounts based on down payment: 0.25% off for less than 10% down; 0.375% off for 10%–19.99% down; 0.50% off for 20% or more down. Loan amounts limited to a $200,000 purchase price. Loans must meet Freddie Mac guidelines and are subject to credit approval. Membership eligibility required. Payment example: A $200,000 loan at 6.750% APR with a 3% down payment results in a $1,258 monthly principal and interest payment.
