Please be advised that June 2021 statements have been delayed; we anticipate they will be mailed to members on Monday, July 12. Should you have an urgent need for your paper statement, please contact our office at 419-381-2323 for a print-out of your June statement at no charge.

If you receive electronic statements, you may have been sent multiple emails as our statement processor worked through generating the statement file. All members receiving e-statements have been able to view June’s statement securely via online banking since July 1 and are unaffected by this issue. The email notification stated “Member Account Verification – If this statement is not correct, contact our auditors, Schmidt & Associates, Inc.” Please refer to this attachment.

We apologize for this inconvenience and assure you that your paper statement will be mailed on Monday, July 12 and you should expect receipt within 10 days if you have not opted into e-statements. If you would like to enroll in e-statements for future months, please enroll via online or mobile banking.
